My President on Philippines Election 2010

Computerized Election

2010 Philippines Presidentiables

One topic that I don’t like to be part of any of my blog is the politics. It is simply because I personally feel that it is so complicated. I see it as a kind of equation that no formula nor mathematical calculations that can make any fix conclusion out of any political discussions. However, the 2010 Philippines Election is fast approaching and I need to decide who will be the president that I will vote on 2010. Actually, this year, you can see or hear a lot of presidentiables on different TV and radio ads. Different style of showing (or more likely selling) themselves to the public voters. Speculations also said that this presidentiables already spent millions of pesos for this ads. This only mean that if you are a poor or an average guy or on middle class level of life, it is impossible for you to become a president of the country. :)

Now, if I will be asked right now, what kind of leader that I want for my president on 2010, I want a president with the following qualifications:

  • A President that can inspire and perspire. Inspires us to fight against the difficulty of life due to economic problems. Inspires us strive to be successful and have a good life for better Philippines. Perspire against the corruption of the different officials of different department of the government.
  • God fearing. Fears the almighty God with all of his heart, mind and soul which shows on his acts, lifestyle, beliefs and decision making.
  • Unselfishly can sacrifice himself for the betterment of the country.
  • Knowledgeable of the new technologies :) At least someone who believes that the full (100%) computerization of the different agencies of the country will very beneficial for fast rendition of services for fast action on different kinds of cases.

How about you what would you like for your president on 2010?

pangalawa, WALANG SOLID NA CCOMPLISHMENT SI AQUINO. Malinis nga, pero incompetent? Isa pa, hindi namamana ang GALING AT TALINO NI NINOY AT ANG CHARISMA NI CORY. PERIOD.

basta ako, kay gibo or gordon. sila lang ang QUALIFIED in terms of achievements and platform. LONG TERM ang plano nila, di tulad ng iba.

PILIPINO, GUMISING KAYO! HINDI NATIN KAILANGAN NG SIKAT NA TAO BILANG PANGULO, o DI KAYAY ISANG TAONG LAMANG LANG SA SURVEY. KALANGAN NATIN NG PAGBABAGO.

PUMUNTA KAYO SA PINOY EXCHANGE kung GUSTO NIYO NG MAS MARAMING INSIGHTS. SERYOSO.

    ANG KAILANGAN NATIN, PAGBABAGO.

I don’t really know who is the best Filipino that can lead the country because all aspirant candidates have good tailored tongue to speak. The big question that we have is who is really that president that can make a dramatic solutions to move forward the Philippines with regards to our economic problems and remove corruption in the government. Most candidates that became president, they have their plans of solutions to make solve our problems. However, at the time that they are in power it seemed all their promises have gone. And now here again we are looking for our president in 2010 that might give us hope for the next 6 years of living. As a citizen of the country i don’t care of what party she, he comes from for as long as he should uphold the law and implement whatever laws of the country. 2nd thought, the elected president able to deal with international community when it comes to business trade that includes foreign investors forfolio. 3rd thought able to solve the more than 20 years insurgency problem that includes our rebels in Mindanao.
4th thought able to solve our low cost housing for the homeless. 5th thought regenerate powerful action for our land reform program more subsidies coming from the government to all the small venture farmers so we will stabilize our food productions. 6th thoughts able to plan to make more roads in the rural side of the country and improve highways in urban and rural areas. We don’t need a very bright president, we need a president that is very wise and his/her wisdom is for the sake of common tao in the Philippines. We have gone through with all bright and well known and rich person that became president and yet our problems ganun parin hellllloooo! Now it’s time to choice and decide let us vote for president that is wise for the sake of our country. As our country is far behind in other Southeast Asian country.

  12. Bing says:

For me, the kind of person whom we need as president is someone who has a great deal of knowledge on how to uplift and upgrade our agriculture sector. This sector is the livelihood provider of more than 4 million filipino farmers. Generations of farmer/tillers still wallow in poverty due to government neglect and depravation, this is the single most compelling reason why our country cannot improve, the backbone of the country itself is as soft as marshmallow and cannot be relied upon to support the nation. Our agricultural sector once harnessed to its full potential could bring about food production more than enough to feed our people, establish a substantial middle class spending sector and most importantly peace and order environment that will surely propel out economy at par with most progressive nation in the world.

  13. maricel says:

blueken, thank you for telling me about that but what my points of view is..we already tried a lots of presidents that we know. ken before he became a religious leader he was an activist..he fight for the right of the poor. i can see that if he will be president , he is the only man who will never cheat and corrupt.GOD bless u ken..pls try to know about these man. it is the time for a change. rightheousness exalts a nation…

  14. bleuken says:

IMHO maricel, right now I am really undecided on who I want to vote. I personally don’t want religious leaders to be on politics but I need someone who can bring change to the country.

  15. maricel says:

i agree with fred. i think it is time for change in our country. why not try to vote a man known to be a preacher of the GOSPEL. i read about bro. eddie villanueve. i even saw his life story before in MAGPAKAILAN MAN…i really think he loves GOD and our country..so i will VOTE for HIM….everyone try to know these man and i think u will like him as well like me..

  16. dave johann policarpio says:

Noynoy Aquino…nothing else…the next president of the country

  17. Jericho says:

I’m for Bro Eddie Villanueva. Its high time to have a righteous leader, with sincere love to God and to the Filipino people, highly competent and has positive vision to the Philippines. No selfish motivation but just to lift up the nation before God. I honestly believed with his principles and conviction. May God bless his candidacy, and bring him to the leadership position.

  18. jarsen says:

  19. johnny says:

manny villar…. ill vote fr him , hands down.

  20. fred says:

Why I am voting for Bro. EDDIE VILLANUEVA for the next Philippine President? I can think of at least 12 reasons:

_____1. He is an idealist. Has been and will always be. This assures us what he said he will definitely do.
_____2. He is a fighter, an activist. He fought for the rights of his family, he fought for the rights of the labor. He was one of those who fought the Marcos regime, the only candidate who did so. He will also fight for us. While PGMA cancelled her miting de avance out of fear for her safety, he dared to show up in every debate and every political rally or meetings when he is physically able.
_____3. PMAP (Personnel Management Association of the Philippines) assessed him through his interview as one who is more qualified than ROCO or LACSON, the edge is that he is a CAPTIVATOR that is he can unify all sectors of the society.
_____4. His integrity has been impeccable, this is what the country needs. People don’t trust the government anymore we need a leader who can be a moral example and restore the people’s trust in the government.
_____5. He is an inspiring leader, many columnist like De Quiros of Inquirer who is a known ROCO loyalist also observed that he is an inspiring leader. Thus he can drive the people to volunteerism and really gets the job done.
_____6. He is educated in economics (PUP and UP) and political law (UP) and even the Scriptures. He is also an educator. Disenchanted from Marxism while he taught economics, he became a preacher of righteousness.
_____7. He has led up to 7 Million laity for 25 years. It shows he is a good manager, administrator, and leader. He has managed Zoe 11 TV despite the selective advertisements. Not only that, he also established the JIL Colleges.
_____8. He lives a simple life. For for 25 years it would have been tempting to take advantage financially but his life open to everyone shows no hint of financial gain.
_____9. He has no excess political baggage. In this campaign alone he owed no religious leader nor political leaders his candidacy, he owes it to the people who volunteers to support him expecting nothing in return. Muslims as led by a Sultan from Mindanao supports him because the Sultan said, only Villanueva did not approach him to offer him anything. This is also the turning point for Winnie Monsod to throw her support for him.
_____10. He is represents new politics. A politics of change. Of national moral renewal. In this campaign alone, his supporters bought his campaign gadgets. In many of his forums, the people who supports him or those who want to listen pay for the food and venue expecting nothing in return.

  21. Pinoy Jokes says:

  22. Eric John says:

Don’t you think that most of them will just corrupt since they spent million of pesos for their adds? most of the officials wants to get the capital they spent in ads so when they get into position it’s a break even. What they spent is what thet get!

  23. frankie says:

i really agree with you sir,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
