Last Saturday, June 21, 2008, Capiz was hit by Super Typhoon named “Frank”. This is the first and one of the worst typhoon ever encountered by Capiz for this year. I have uploaded several videos in Youtube and here’s some of them: (This amateur video was taken by Mr. Allan Toos).
I’m still uploading the other videos right now but I can’t manage to compile them into one video because there’s no electricity at home and I’m using the PC of our school. (Estimated restoration of the electric power here in Capiz is about one week to two weeks according to CAPELCO).
