I thought the problem was with the PLDT DSL connection again but when I see a different image on the Google Adsense, I suspected that there’s a virus or malware on the PC that I’m using. So I checked it on the registry entries and I’m right its infected by a certain malware. The malware’s effect is that it shows a different ads on Google Adsense portion of your site, a banner that saying your computer is infected and you need to download AntiVirus 2009 or another tool to remove it. Once you click it, it will install the malware to your PC. It’s my third time to encounter this kind of infection, one is with a friend’s PC and the other two infection was on the school’s PC. Honestly, I don’t know how it all begins on their PCs. I don’t know how they install it or what file they download that cause this problem.

At the first infection, I removed it manually but today’s infection was different so I tried to go www.bleepingcomputer.com, which is the usual place I go whenever I’m having trouble with malware that can’t be removed manually. Then I downloaded an anti-malware named: Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware. It’s a free tool that can be used to scan and remove malware from your computers. It can be downloaded here: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/malwarebytes/mbam-setup.exe.

Here’s the snapshot of the Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware:
