Make Use of the Google Toolbar

How to make use of the Google Toolbar in the current Busby SEO Challenge? Well on the said SEO challenge, you need to optimized the key phrase “busby seo challenge” in Google.com, it’s the US Data Center. If your PC is set to a specific region for example in my case, Philippines, every time you type the URL www.google.com you are redirected to the local Google (www.google.com.ph).

If you like to search in a specific region or country for whatever purpose, first you need to install the Google Toolbar which can be downloaded at http://tools.google.com. After you install it on your browser (i’m using Firefox right now), you can then select a region where you want to search and even enable PageRank. Now you can use the search bar from the Google toolbar.

If you forgot to set it, you can reconfigure this by clicking the Settings from the Google Toolbar, then Options, then Search Box Settings. Here you can see the option where you can change your preferred Google site.

It’s almost two weeks after the release of the Busby SEO Challenge by Busby Web Solutions and I started to realize that I’ll be reaching a very high goal. I began to loose hope and started to give-up with the said SEO challenge. It’s because my entries on the said SEO challenge are all falling its rank. Does it really mean that I can’t really bypass great SEO expert from different part of the world?

I’m kind of man that don’t want to justify things just to get away with “losing idea” but now I think I have enough reason to accept that I can’t really win this kind of “big time” challenge. One is I have very young domain in my hand hosted in a shared IP address. I single-handedly optimized this site which mean I’m the only soldier of this crusade against a thousand of well-equipped SEO fighers from other countries.

Well, now what’s my plan? Instead of taking part of the said Busby SEO challenge, well I’d rather dream for the smaller prize which is the iPod Touch from Busby Web Solutions which is the prize given to those with higher recommendations who signed-up for the said Busby SEO Challenge. I might have a chance!

Busby SEO Challenge Leaderboard is Up!

Today when I visit Busby Web Solutions to check on the changes on their Busby SEO Challenge, I’ve seen that they already posted the leaderboard for the said SEO Challenge. Actually a certain SEO team also develop their own top 100 daily statistics of the entries for the said keyword. Specifically the Sphereteam from France (i guess!)

Well one thing is still missing on the said SEO contest and that is the place where you can register your Busby SEO Challenge URL entries. Maybe Busby Web Solutions is still working on it so I better wait for it to happen and then report it here when it happens.

My Busby SEO Challenge Life

Busby SEO Challenge Life. This is my fourth time to participate in a SEO Challenge. The first one was the Paradise Philippines of the BayanihanSEO contest conducted by SEO Philippines. That was the first time I have join a SEO Challenge and I did not even reach page one for the said SEO contest. I actually did not continue participating the said SEO challenge on the 2nd league. The next contest that I participated was the mini-SEO Contest by Pinoy Money Talk where I successfully won. It’s just luck that made me won the said contest. The third contest was a secret contest so I can’t reveal the details but what can I say with this is that I almost got the highest prize but unluckily as the Google dance I was not its partner on the last music so I lost.

Now, this latest SEO challenge where the keyword will be “busby seo challenge” is the biggest SEO challenge I’ve ever join. What will be my strategy to make it at least to page one? Well, I will still use the same technique I have done on my previous PMT contest strategies plus the new techniques I’ve learned. Busby SEO Challenge here I come, I will try to reach you as far as page one even it is almost impossible, I will not stop from trying to make the Busby SEO Challenge a real challenge for every SEO participants.

I Join Busby SEO Challenge

Roxas City, Capiz Philippines. I officially announce that www.bleuken.com officially joins the latest Busby SEO challenge for the year 2008 brought by Busby Web Solutions. It’s my first participation to the Search Engine Optimization ( SEO ) world cup competition and I’m using my new domain to participate the said “Busby SEO Challenge” keyword world cup challenge. Actually I have join several local SEO challenge in the Philippines and win one of the mini-SEO challenge but this is my first ever participation in a world wide competition which is participated by the best of the best search engine optimizers, gurus, masters and specialists.

This competition was sponsored by Busby Web Solutions and $5,000, $2,000 and $500 cash prizes respectively are at stake. Many SEO specialists from all over the world will participate on the said Busby SEO Challenge including the team who joins the previous SEO Contest 2008. So this will be a tough fight for everyone and it will be like a “Suntok sa Buwan” for me. (Punch to the Moon, i don’t know if this is translated right , its a local dialect that’s simply means impossible.)

I am not expecting to win this Busby SEO Challenge for so many reason. One reason is this entry of mine is so new, unoptimized and clearly beyond the other SEO entries made by veteran SE optimizers and SEO teams when it comes to visibility and number of backlinks. Another thing is still I’m too busy right now to fully focus on this Busby SEO Challenge and I’m having a hard time managing my time. One more reason is this is an individual entry of mine and I’ll be competing with different veteran SEO teams not only from the Philippines.

Well, what will I gain for the Busby SEO Challenge? Despite that I know that it will be hard for me to win the said Busby SEO challenge I will still participate. Actually, I just want to make this blog popular over Google and eventually make this more visible to other people from all over the world. The specific gain that I can possibly get from this Busby SEO Challenge is my site will be surely fully search engine optimized.

This is my first ever blog site that I registered on a paid domain. I’ve been planning this for several months already and now I already got this up with the help of a friend who provide a very cheap web hosting for me and referred a very affordable domain registration for the www.bleuken.com.

Now, what’s my plan with the content of this website? Well, that’s the same question that I got from my collegues. I said it will be my personal blog that will contain a random thoughts about my self and my experiences on programming, web design, and search engine optimization (SEO). Actually the timing for this web site is really on its time because there is an SEO Contest today that I have registered and I’ll be joining the said contest. The said contest “BUSBY SEO CHALLENGE“. Oh well, this is just the beginning of the journey of this bleuken v1.0 on the net. Good luck to me and hope I can find my way to world wide web and compete to the wild wild net.
